I just learned of Miriam’s passing when I read of Ricci’s passing in the Winchester Star. I worked with Miriam at Shenandoah University when she first came to SU through Man Power. We continued to work together when she came on full time and we kept in touch when she left SU. Miriam and I were to have lunch after Dmitir’s January dental appointment at UVA. I now know why she never contacted me and why my emails were not answered. When we last met for lunch, Miriam was so proud of your knitting. (I too am a knitter)
