Nanoo Nanoo

Any conversation that starts with "You should listen to Dr. Laura from 10:30 to 1" and ends with a sycophantic boot-licking chorus of "I love Ann Coulter, she's great!" Makes me want to run screaming from Planet Orange County Republican.

Maya has weighed in on the subject and she agrees. No Ann Coulter in this house.

Fortunately not all the goings on in the Fickle house are so irksome. Knitting knows no political party. It must be true because I'm saying so.

I've finished my oldest project, the EPS Nordic Sweater. The gray and white yarn was purchased by my Husband in the UK. The project evolved from a simple all over patterned sweater to the picture above because I didn't have enough yarn. I'm thinking I should maybe throw half my yarn away if it'll inspire this sort of creativity. Or maybe I'll just donate it to Ann Coulter. She could use some Knitting and Personal Introspection time. It's good for the soul.

Great sweater and great save! You certainly made it work!

GORGEOUS!

Beautiful sweater! And I am cringing for you on that conversation. Don't they know the woman says deliberately hateful things in order to make money? There are better ways to live.

The sweater looks totally yummy. I love the pattern.

And Maya is cuter and cuter and cuter with each passing day! I love the "long" hair!

Dr. Laura and Ann Coulter in the same conversation? *Shudder*.

Maya has hair! So cute!

Dare I ask...does the sweater fit? /me runs and hides

Thanks for the comments ladies! Lyssa the sweater does fit but looks a little ridiculous with my current nursing silhouette.

Or should I say...assets.

That Maya - she's one wise baby! Amazing sweater!

Rock the assets :)

I'm pretty well asset-ed even in normal life. I'm scared to imagine what would happen if I were nursing a baby.

Maya is stupid cute!!!

Nice work on the sweater, I don't have the guts to knit with that many colors....yet :)

Maya is getting so big! That's an adorable picture of her.

Sweater turned out great!

The sweater looks amazing! And holy cow, Maya looks so much older, it seems to have happened overnight! Where's the chubby baby gone?!

As to LS & AC psychofancy (I prefer my spelling given the subject) I would bet you weren't the only one shuddering inside. Well, I hope.
